You may click the "Complete Consult Request Form" link or reach out through the contact form on the website landing page or email through letitia@lvhtherapy.com. Using the  request form will prompt you to submit information to assist with scheduling a consultation. With the latter two options, it will be helpful to include your insurance information as well as days and times you are available for consultation as well as for ease of scheduling a consultation call.  To facilitate with scheduling a consultation Letitia may respond with a Calendly link.

Letitia will briefly discuss her background including education, training, and experience. Then she will explain her approach to therapy and how she works with clients. The majority of the call will be giving the client space to discuss what is bringing them into therapy and any questions they might have in helping them decide if Letitia is the right fit.

Some clients are ready to schedule an intake session during the consult. However, it's completely normal to need some time to think about the information learned during the  consultation call especially when talking to a few different therapists. Clients are welcomed to follow-up at a later date via email to schedule an intake call after they have had some time to think.
